Trees Woods and People Group

The Group is a forum for the debate of all issues surrounding the interaction of trees and people in Scotland . It is one of several specialist RSFS groups and has a wide-ranging membership, which includes planners, rangers, landscape architects, foresters, ecologists and arboriculturalists. RSFS Forest Trust Co

The RSFS Forest Trust Company, a Registered Charity and a Company Limited by Guarantee, was formed by the Society in September 1995 with the object of establishing and managing Cashel Forest, a native woodland project funded by the Millennium Forest for Scotland trust, the Forestry Commission, Scottish Natural Heritage, The European Union, Local Enterprise company and numerous private and corporate sponsors. Membership of the company is open to all members of the Royal Scottish Forestry Society. Details of subscription and other methods of donation may be obtained from the Secretary.
